Mayfair & MInt was approached by the estate agent to stage this lovely duplex, penthouse flat in a prestigious development before it went on the market. As with a lot of homes that had been lived in, it was set up for the comfort of the owner rather than a potential buyer.

The flat was in good decorative order, but there was too much furniture in some of the rooms to see the size and potential. We rearranged, or removed, couches and beds to increase light and potential of all the rooms.

Fresh linens and towels were bought for the bedrooms and new accessories were added.

A magazine lifestyle photoshoot took place with pictures being used on the portals and in the marketing literature.
