Styling a home for sale is a relatively new concept in the UK. Home staging professionals in North America, Australia and parts of Europe, work closely with realtors, or estate agents, to ensure that homes are not only ready for sale, but reach their optimum price. It makes sense; as soon as a home is put on the market, the aim is to sell it for the best price possible. Mayfair & Mint's expertise will help you to realize that goal.

Lynda Taylor Gray
Lynda is an interior designer and stylist. She received her Bachelor's degree in History & English at The University of Westminster, London. Her postgraduate study was undertaken at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she studied on the Arc_ID program of Interior Architecture and Design, and the Interior Design Institute where she received a distinction. She studied Interior Styling at the University of the Arts (UAL), Chelsea, in London. Lynda is an Associate Member of the SBID (Society of British and International Interior Design).
Lynda won the James R Northcutt Scholarship Prize in Fundamentals of Design (2007). She was a Teaching Assistant in historical architecture, and was awarded a Distinction in the Visual Arts in 2009.
While in California, Lynda worked for a landscape architecture and interior design company. Learning techniques to blur the inside and outside boundaries of a home, Lynda's love and fascination for a home's history, interior aesthetics and curb appeal easily mingle to create something fabulous.
Using a style and aesthetic that was gleaned in the US, together with real estate and construction industry experience in the UK, Lynda's creative portfolio includes both interior design and home styling for sale.
Now, she is using her skills and knowledge to help YOU create a beautiful world of interiors to help you list your home ... after all, first impressions count.
