1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions using our services and/or website is a tacit consent to the terms and conditions outlined below. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms or find them otherwise unacceptable, please discontinue use of Mayfair & Mint’s services immediately.
1.2 The following is a legal agreement between you (“Client”) and Mayfair & Mint Limited, which governs your use of Services and Products (defined below) obtained by purchase in person at our registered address (detailed below). In these Terms, use of the words “you”, and “your” refer to each individual user who may interact with this site, and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mayfair & Mint Limited.
1.3 Mayfair & Mint Limited is a resource through which you may obtain home staging/interior styling services. “Services and Products” referred to by these Terms include but are not limited to: home staging consultations, furniture placement, purchase of furniture and accessories on the client’s behalf, liaison with tradespeople, and any other documents provided for paid purchase or for which you supply personal information in exchange, including free downloaded material or other information available in person or through the Site, obtained from Mayfair & Mint. All such Products are the intellectual property of and are owned by Mayfair & Mint Limited.
1.4 Changes to Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions were most recently updated on 1st May 2018. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Each use of our services amounts to acceptance of our most up to date terms and conditions.
1.5 You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by our registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”); and 1.6 Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Mayfair & Mint Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Mayfair & Mint Limited has the right to suspend or terminate your account, cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the Mayfair & Mint Limited site (or any portion of it).

Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. English law shall govern this Agreement. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.

This privacy policy will explain the kind of information that may be collected about you and how it may be used. By accessing and using our services and website, you agree to this privacy policy.
4. Service and Website Usage
4.1 Understand that by using the Site, any products, services or applications for which you tender payment or otherwise obtain through the Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are otherwise legally able to enter into a valid contract.
4.2 Anyone under the age of 18 must be represented by a parent or guardian who qualifies for the statement in 4.1.

5.1 By law Mayfair & Mint Limited owns all copyrights, the right to display, publish or exhibit all images and content created by Mayfair & Mint Limited.
5.2 No photograph or portion of a photograph may be copied, photographed, photocopied, electronically scanned or stored, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without written permission of Mayfair & Mint Limited and payment of the reproduction release fee. If digital images are purchased, we grant reproduction rights for personal use only. Images must not be used for any commercial purpose without the express written permission from Mayfair & Mint Limited.
5.3 The Client may not (either personally or via a third party) alter or add to or manipulate a picture by means of a computer or any other technique or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture.
6. Communication
6.1 We may use your personal details that you have provided to improve our services as well as to contact you in relation to your enquiry, special offers, online order processing, online and event registration. Also, to contact you in connection with our own business development and market research.
