We understand that you want the best price you can get, and we want that for  you. Thoroughly trained we know how to price your home competitively in the current market.  We do our homework - look at the comparable listings in your area, which houses have stayed on the market the longest, or had their prices reduced over and over and we analyze why. It is not always price that has an impact on whether a house sells or not. We take into account your home's current condition and what should be seen to, and advise on how to get your home ready on those all important presentation days, so it always looks great, at every viewing. 

It's not magic, or rocket-science...just common sense.



Attracting Buyers.

Staging to Sell is the art of presenting your home at its very best. It's all about making that all-important emotional connection with the buyers. An inviting space that is clean, fresh, uncluttered and cared for is more enticing to a would-be buyer than one that is not. And our service not only gets your home 'for sale ready', but advises you on how to show it on presentation days, so that it looks as gorgeous in real life as it did in the portal pictures.  It's also the time we make sure that things that need fixing are fixed - prior to the buyer's survey report. It will cost you, one way or the other, and it's definitely cheaper to repair then to price reduce.

Negotiating & Closing.

There is an art to negotiation... you and your buyer may be a match made in heaven, but you will still need to agree on the price. Ultimately, the decision of what price to accept is yours, but if you would like our advice and input we are more than happy to give it to you. And once that price has been agreed, we will work with the lawyers to ensure a smooth transition from exchange to completion. It's a journey, and as we keep saying - we are with you every step of the way.
