A 3 bedroom/2.5 bath luxury flat had been on the market for over 4 years with 10 different agents.  Only a handful of viewings had taken place, and no offers received. The price had been reduced with each new agent.

This was a luxury flat in a small, exclusive block that was less then ten years old. The home owner had an eclectic mix of furniture and accessories - many of which were antiques that he had inherited. This was a huge distraction and overwhelming to prospective buyers, who could not see the beauty or potential of the property on the pictures put on the portals. Therefore, there was no interest to view.

After going through each room we were able to either sell, put into storage or throw away pieces that were superlative to the room's layout.

New linens and towels were bought for the bedrooms, pictures were rehung on the walls and the living room's layout was changed to enhance the flow of the open plan room.

A new agent was brought in - from outside the area - one Mayfair & Mint always works with. A professional magazine-style photo-shoot took place and a bespoke property brochure and listing was created.  After four years on the market an offer was accepted in less than 8 weeks.
