A 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom lower ground floor flat.

 

This flat had been rented out previously and was now back on the market. It felt dark and tired and on this occasion we advised the owners to allow us to bring in decorators to repaint the entire flat. The carpets were dirty and stained and our recommendation was that they should be replaced.

 

Although we worked with the existing furniture, we recovered the couches and dining room chairs with stretch covers; then put up new curtains in both bedrooms and blinds in the living room.

Fresh accessories were used to style the flat for the photoshoot and viewings.

By refreshing and styling the flat the owners were able to rent the property out quickly for a good monthly income.
